Where we deliver

Anywhere in New Zealand. Delivery times are the same wherever you are.

What delivery costs

Delivery is $25. It is free once your order reaches $100, and the charge is shown in your basket before you pay.

Express delivery is offered at the checkout for a flat $25 on any order. It is a paid upgrade, so it is charged even on an order that already qualifies for free delivery.

No GST is added at the checkout. The price on the page is the price you pay.

How long it takes

Orders are picked and packed in 24 to 48 hours, and delivery then takes 5 to 7 days, so allow about a week in total.

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. The tracking number is emailed when the parcel actually ships, which is not the same moment as when you order, so there is nothing to chase in the first day or two. For logistical reasons items in one order may travel in separate parcels, so a partial delivery is not a missing order.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is late, damaged or does not arrive, email theteam@industrytools.co.nz with your order number. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are set out on the refunds and returns page.
